Potterspury Parish Plan

Information and documents regarding the Parish plan will be shown on this page

Potterspury’s Parish Plan was adopted by South Northamptonshire District Council (SNC). It laid out the views of residents on how they would like to see the village develop over the next few years.

Robert Fallon, Head of Development Management at SNC said, ‘It will prove extremely helpful to officers in Development Management as a material planning consideration when determining development proposals and I would be grateful if you could pass on my gratitude to the Parish Council for the hard work and effort they have put into this’.

Parish Plan 2022 – moving forward as a community

In 2021 the Parish Council surveyed residents again to understand residents’ views concerning development, the environment, housing, local transport and village facilities. The results are here.

Overwhelmingly, Potterspury residents value the rural nature of the village, the strong sense of community, the excellent village shop and well-respected primary school. There is a strong sense of community.
